Delivering tomorrow's e-government services today
Alberta's provincial government is able to take advantage of the Alberta SuperNet's reach and speed to deliver a new generation of e-services to Ministries and Albertans, including:
- Offering on-line registration for public facilities such as campgrounds
- Access to high-speed Internet in libraries or in your home enabling access to government information and online applications or forms for services
- Providing shared videoconferencing services and IP telephony province-wide, making intergovernmental communications more efficient
- Enabling the development of digital libraries and integrated library systems, making resources available to all Albertans
