STaRT Services are based on an innovative pricing model that allows for a higher quality of service being delivered to your customers at the same or lesser cost to you, the Service Provider.

- Services are purchased on a per subscriber basis
- CAR allocated per end user is poolable per PoP to allow flexibility in retail offerings
- Layer 3 multi-point VPN (L3VPN)
- Service level reporting on an aggregate level for all services per Service Provider per PoP
