Get Started with STaRT

Please complete the form below to request a STaRT Services Evaluation from Axia.

The evaluation will include a brief analysis of your coverage area and a comparison between your current monthly charges and the charges associated with converting your current residential customers to STaRT. This is a complimentary offer; there is no obligation on your part to purchase services based on this evaluation.
 

Enter the name of the community you serve and the number of residential customers, and click Add Community. To enter more than one community, simply fill in the fields again and click Add Community. Continue until you have entered all applicable communities. The list of all communities you are submitting to us will be displayed in the table below.

Once you have finished entering all your communities, click Request STaRT Evaluation and a representative from Axia will be in contact with you within 48 hours.
