Lucas has decided he wants to place a wireless distribution system in and around the Town of Linden to serve as many customers as possible with high-speed Internet services, alleviating the frustrations and limitations of existing dialup services.

Subject : Ownership report and Affidavit

Dear Secretary General,

Pursuant to section 16(4) of the Canadian Telecommunications Common Carrier Ownership and Control Regulations, I am writing to provide the annual report of Lucas George with respect to ownership of the high speed data network in and around the Town of Linden, Alberta.

a. I, Lucas George, am a Canadian Citizen. I am personally responsible for the entire investment to establish high -speed data services in and around the Town of Linden, Alberta. I have secured all necessary financing from a Canadian Bank. I am fully aware of foreign ownership and control restrictions as set out in Section 16(4) of the Canadian Telecommunications Common Carrier Ownership and Control Regulation. No measures have been necessary, nor have any been taken, to ensure and confirm compliance with these Regulations.

b. There are no investors having any voting rights or shares. I, Lucas George, am personally responsible for the entire investment to establish and operate a local network to deliver high-speed data services in and around the Town of Linden, Alberta and retain sole control.

c. There are no other investors.

Please find enclosed an affidavit / declaration affirming Lucas George is eligible to operate, pursuant to section 16 of the Telecommunications Act.

* That I, Lucas George, as the sole Director, and in that capacity have knowledge of matters hereinafter deposed to.
* I have no Board of Directors.
* There are no voting shares distributed beyond myself.
* I, Lucas George , am personally responsible for the entire investment to establish highspeed data services in and around the Town of Linden, Alberta. I, nor the local network I will establish in and around the Town of Linden, Alberta will be subject to control by persons who are not Canadians.
* As sole owner, there are no voting shares distributed beyond myself, accordingly 100% control is retained by a Canadian thereby complying with the Canadian Telecommunications Common Carrier Ownership and Control Regulations.

Wilson Holdings (Sangudo) Co. (“the Company”) is an unincorporated company with business interests in Sangudo, Alberta. The Company has a need for high-speed connectivity in Sangudo not satisfied by existing carriers.

The Company has decided to place a local fibre distribution network in the Town of Sangudo and to serve specific business customers with high -speed Internet services alleviating the frustrations and limitations with existing dialup services.

No measures have been necessary, nor have any been taken, to ensure and confirm compliance with these Regulations.

b. There are no investors having any voting rights or shares outside myself and Cheryl Wilson. Both, of the only, shareholders in Wilson Holdings (Sangudo) Co. are Canadian Citizens.

c. There are no other investors.

capacity have knowledge of matters hereinafter deposed to. The only members of the Board of Directors are myself and my wife Cheryl Wilson and both of us are Canadian Citizens. There are no voting shares distributed beyond myself and my wife Cheryl Wilson Wilson Holdings (Sangudo) Co. is not subject to control by persons who are not Canadians. As a family owned Company, 100% of voting shares is retained by myself and my wife Cheryl Wilson, both Canadians, Wilson Holdings (Sangudo) Co. complies with the Canadian Telecommunications Common Carrier Ownership and Control Regulations.
